Collision Unknown brings together an alchemy of artists, creatives, designers and technologists in pursuit of new and exploratory artistic outcomes.
Spanning the worlds of performance art, design & innovation, architecture, technology, film, photography and more, we put experimentation, playfulness and collaboration at the heart of our process to create innovative, joyful and imaginative expressions for new audiences.
We work across a wide variety of projects with brands, institutions and other creatives, interweaving different disciplines and art forms with ever-evolving creative technology and divergent thinking.
Collision Unknown was founded by choreographer & ballet dancer Valentino Zucchetti, marketing communications expert Tim Duncan and director, producer & creative technologist Rosie Collins.
Bound by a passion for creative exploration and innovation, Rosie, Tim and Valentino bring together decades of combined experience spanning performance, choreography, idea generation, R&D, film & moving image, storytelling, reputation, events, marketing and campaign management.

Meet the Team
-
Valentino Zucchetti
Italian dancer Valentino Zucchetti is an international choreographer, working with the likes of The Royal Ballet, La Scala Ballet School, Compañia Nacional de Danca and Polish National Ballet amongst others. Valentino is also a First Soloist of The Royal Ballet. He trained at The Royal Ballet Upper School and on graduation joined Zürich Ballet. He joined the Company in 2010, promoted to First Artist in 2011, Soloist in 2012 and First Soloist in 2014.
Zucchetti won the School’s Ursula Moreton Choreographic Award in 2005. He choreographed Sonata for Six for the School’s 2013 matinee and regularly creates pieces for The Royal Ballet’s Draft Works. In 2013 he choreographed Orbital Motion for New English Ballet Theatre. His 2020 ballet Scherzo for The Royal Ballet was nominated for a Critics’ Circle National Dance Award and a South Bank Sky Arts Award. His ballet Anemoi created for the main stage of the Royal Opera House received its world premiere in June 2021 and won the Critics Circle National Dance Award for Best Classical Choreography in 2022.

Tim Duncan
With over 18 years experience in marketing communications, Tim is founder and CEO of TDC PR, an international communications consultancy serving clients focused on designing and shaping tomorrow’s world. Considered the ‘go-to’ for access to leading voices across design, innovation, culture, creative and technology, TDC specialises in working with a wide variety of creative agencies, businesses, brands, individuals and industry bodies.
Prior to establishing TDC in 2013, Tim held positions at both market-leading communications agencies and in-house, most notably as head of PR for leading design and innovation company Seymourpowell.
Tim sits on the Board of the Design Business Association, the trade association for all those working in the field of design, supporting them and championing the transformative power of design.
A former trustee of the Design & Technology Association, Tim has a huge passion for supporting creative education and works as a turnkey to involve clients and industry stakeholders alike in lobbying for the critical importance of Design and Technology as a subject across primary, secondary and higher education.
Tim is a lifelong performing arts fan, having also worked on a number of independent creative projects as a creative producer and publicist in recent years.

Rosie Collins
Rosie is a director, producer, entrepreneur and artist, working across XR, photography, film and sculpture. She also runs The Fred Company, an R&D/production lab combining tech, neuroscience and play, with a current focus on VR & individual/group wellbeing, and neurodiversity.
Rosie is interested in novel, creative ways of exploring and promoting health and wellbeing - particularly relating to sensory experiences and the unique needs and insights of neurodivergent individuals and communities. To further develop these ideas, Rosie is currently establishing a neurodivergent lab, run by ND researchers and creatives, in collaboration with Deloitte Digital; they are seeking additional commercial partners and funding for initial proof of concept and exploratory workshops in early 2023. She also co-founded CraftyCounsel.org, developing a unique online video platform and community for in-house lawyers.
